Te Wiki o te Reo Maori Challenge..

 This week is te Reo Maori week and we are going to do some challenges and right now we did this challenge where we had to choose a phrase from a slide and learn how to say it and I chose to say Karawhiua!! Karawhiua means give it heaps and give it all you got. I had to video my self saying it but it didn't work but I do know how to say it so that's good here are my slides!!

Kite Day!

 On Friday we had a day that we had to make Kites it was very fun!   For my Kite, I used sticks for my base! It worked well I used newspaper for my top bit I cut it out like it was a fox head. I worked by myself but I think I worked well without anyone it was a change! At two O, clock we flew the Kites parents could come but mine could not because they had work but it was fun without them anyway because I had my friends with me! My Kite did not fly on Friday Because I think I might have been better at making the fox's head a bit bigger so it covered more of the Kite! We all had a chance of keeping our Kite at school and trying to fly it on a more winder day! After the weekend's ended it was Monday and it was more winder than Friday So we tried to fly our kites and mine flew just a little bit but I was proud of myself because I worked really hard on it and it was fun making it! This week I did a seen of the flying fox it was really fun and hard at the same time I love it throe. I brag it home and worked on it. I used a hot glue gun i brunt my self it hart but i still did it and the challenging prat was when I made the water full because i made it with paper and it keep't bending  it was hard I stuck lees on it and it looked like it was a real one it looks pretty cool. i was making the kids but then I chaend my mind. I got the flowers from home they are pretty. I loved making the flying fox it was really fun I got a piece off string then I got a bottle cap then i got a piece off store and stick't it on the string. and I love it and here it is outside and inside I made a hole in the box so you cold see but it was to drack so I did't do it but here it is!

Play, Make, Create!

 Today I and Marley worked together!   Today the thing we had to like copy off was Be YourSelf! We did Design make Create! We pasted the piece of cardboard as a rainbow It was hard sharping over the pasted! We both made butterflies and Colored them in and Write about us like what we are! We glued it on the sides. We sharped on the pasted what we loved and Write BE YOU! I think the hardest part was getting it finished because we had to do the talent show at the same time for like ten minutes. But We got it finished!!! We decided that I will take it Home I really wanted to! It looks! I wish we could change that the sharpy worked and was brighter! I think me and Marley should work more often because I think we are really good at working together!  We did really good! I think that The pastels worked really well and bright!
